Anne Phung Nguyen. Hello! I'm Anne Phung Nguyen. A Vietnamese American entrepreneur who lives with her amazing partner JP in Orange County California. Henry is a happy, go-lucky father. My Instagram account is @annephung and most people follow me. I write about my day-to-day life, both my good and bad days. I moved to America with my brother and parents in the year 1990. At just one and a half years old. young. I'm not here sharing my life to you, if not for my parents love dedication and hard work. To give them an opportunity to live a successful future, I focused on my goals and worked hard in order to reach it. My mind knew what the plan was for my future. Attend college, and get a degree. Wed. Buy a house. Get kids. The lifestyle I had imagined for myself did not turn out to be. The year 2013 brought me to the realization that it difficult to accept my job. Even though the compensation and the status was great but I did not feel that it fulfilled me. It was more like I was spending my time. My passion for fitness and my desire to socialize with other people led me to pursue a new career as a personal trainer. My business was founded in 2014. It is my seventh anniversary this year. It's rare to meet an Asian woman in this business. My mission in this field is to help create a sustainable and healthier life style that is in line with the desires of my customers. I am also committed to supporting others so that they are able to achieve their goals, pursue their interests and lead your life to the fullest. My career exploded as I was experiencing the most successful times of my life. However, my mother died just as my career began to take off. She won her eight-year battle with the disease. She is now resting in Heaven and I'll remain close to her in my heart. Although you may not be able to see it at first, life has a funny way of providing us with what we truly require. The loss of my mother affected me greatly and I am convinced that she offered me another chance to live my life. It was the Tet/Lunar New Year Day when she died. The opportunity was there to embark on a new journey as I was given my second shot at an enjoyable and satisfying life. Now into my 30's I feel alive and aware of the fact like I'm living my life today instead of merely surviving as I was in my past. As I tell my story I hope that my story will be a source of inspiration for those of yours. It is my wish that my words can help you realize that you're never truly alone. You have the ability to achieve anything that your heart desires. I wish you to live the life you want to live and end it without regrets as death is the only possibility that awaits us in our life.
